I had a very positive service experience in the closings on my recent real estate transaction (sold a townhouse and bought new construction home). Lynn Hickey was very thorough in reviewing the builder contract - calling out several areas of concern and suggesting various changes to make the terms more equitable. The sale was handled equally well - there are some tricks to dealing with a townhome sale due to the prominent role played by the HOA in those types of communities. Lynn is supported by a strong team - all of our exchanges were timely and efficient thanks to the total team effort.
