Attorney James Hux is a fantastic counselor for anyone who needs representation for an EEOC claim(s). Remain patient he gets the work done. Don’t be the type of client that needs constant communication. I assure you if you have not heard from him he is busy getting the work done that you need to get done to best represent you. He will contact you on an appropriate cadence. So, “if your boss sucks boss sucks, call Hux”. Follow him on TikTok too!

Awesome Attorney and great guy. He did an unbelievable job handling my case. You will have a difficult time finding a better employment or discrimination Attorney. I doubt you will find someone more knowledgeable and who will handle your case as well as James can. He's a very brilliant Attorney. Been trying to reach this attorney for over 2 weeks and nothing. Got an email wanting me to pay through PayPal and my bank wouldn't allow it. Sorry to say but that's kind of shady to collect payment through PayPal because it's not a small Etsy business it's suppose to be a law firm! Receptionists have no clue even about payment options?! Just doesn't seem legit. If someone sees this and would like to show me different please do so. I will drive to Cleveland to give you $50 cash if you don't accept anything but PayPal. Yes I'm upset. I've been through a lot and tried to reach out hoping I would get some help and this just makes me feel worse.

I filed an EEOC complaint in Dec 2023 and after reaching out to attorney after attorney I began getting discouraged because they would either not take my case or ask me to provide all these details, timelines, and retell my story over and over which was extremely traumatizing. I began to lose hope and decided to represent myself. It was so heartbreaking to believe I was wronged and mistreated and to be told over and over again that I did not have a case or it was not worth it. After sharing my experience with a childhood friend of mine, she referred me to Hux Law Firm. She assured me that if she had experienced something similar there is no one else so would trust more with her case. Fast forward, it is now March and I have mediation scheduled in 3 weeks. I talked with James and he provided me with realistic expectation for my case and overall communication was amazing from start to finish. It was the first time I was able to relax and breathe throughout this entire ordeal because I finally had found someone who listened and I felt heard. After receiving the run around for some long it took a lot to trust my best interest were being considered, and I can say I am pleased with the results. I pray I did not need to but hands down I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Reached out to Hux Law Firm for a case of discrimination I have. The attorney called late. In addition, there is also false advertisement on site, which says ‘schedule a free consultation’ but you have to pay $125 IN ORDER to see if the case is worth free consultation. Would not recommend.

I was so Excited to work with Hux Law Firm but unfortunately within the first five mins I knew It wouldn’t work. To make a long story short I repeated IM CALLING ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE she proceeds with her screening and a few questions later ARE YOU CALLING ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE😕😕 see now I don’t have time for that you don’t listen not only you don’t listen your acting like you understand me but obviously you don't . I asked “ you do know I’m calling on behalf of someone”? Right? She said yes it’s okay where doing the screening. And proceeds the very next question “Your not calling on behalf of someone right?” 🤦🏾🧐😕 nevermind Mrs you have a wonderful day because I don’t have time I’m sure it’s others lawyers. 🤣🤣😬😬Unpaid overtime case🤷🏽‍♀️
