There are a good bit of attorney's in the area and I was looking for representation in Gadsden county. Ian was referred to me when calling around. His consultation was respectful and matter of fact, what you would want from your corner. I retained him and he started the process right away. While awaiting a no guarantees outcome Mr Nesbeth was going to bat on my behalf. The result was greater than what I had resigned myself to and could not be more grateful of his efforts. Ian did get my ticket reduced for that I am thankful.. However he never sent any emails as to how much I was to pay for the ticket.. Very rude to both me and my wife.. We finally called the Clerks office and paid the fine directly.. Doubt if I would use him again !!!

Lack of communication played a major role to why I dropped him from a 4 star to a two star. I got a ticket back in May and his flyer showed up in my mail so I called next day met his secretary and paid my money didn't hear from him no more until I got a letter saying my license were getting suspended. He said he would pay the late fee because his office forgot to notify me... I ended up paying the whole bill its cool I guess I just wish he would have communicated better. Hope this help...
