This man has been working on my case for 2 years, nov will make 3 years and has gotten absolutely no where. He has no pull with the judges. Whats the point in having a lawyer if they don't know how to handle things or stand on business. The judges play in his face and he does nothing about it. He responds to e mails when he wants to. Never comes to the phone. He picks and choose which clients he wants to help. I regret ever allowing my previous lawyer to hand me over to him due to her becoming a judge. I will never ever recommend him. I have no idea how he has great reviews. They must be fake.
I understand your frustration and the emotions behind your comments, especially since another attorney had your case for almost 7 years before it came to my office. However, as I have explained to you countless times over the phone, emails, and calls, there is a clear legal process that must be followed. This is not a situation where I can simply bypass the court's schedule or demand immediate action on your case. <br><br>Although you want to resolve this matter as quickly as possible so that you can file a reopener as you have expressed to me, the judicial system does not move at your whims and caprices. That said, when a settlement offer was presented, you refused it and wanted more. That decision left us no choice but to present your matter before a judge, which naturally takes more time. This was explained to you thoroughly, and every single communication between my office and the judge’s chambers was copied to you. The idea that you are not informed or that I “pick and choose” clients is false and blatantly unfair. <br><br>Your comment that “judges play in my face” is completely inaccurate and reveals a lack of understanding of how the legal system works. This is not a situation where I can barge into a judge's chambers and demand your case be heard immediately—that is not how the judiciary operates. In the most recent communication from the judge's chambers, she specifically noted that once your case is scheduled, we can submit any additional documentation. You were copied on this email as well.<br><br>Regarding your accusation of fake reviews, the feedback on my practice comes from real clients who are free to share their experiences—whether positive or negative. These reviews reflect areas where we excel and areas where we can improve, as constructive feedback is vital for growth. However, while I respect your right to express dissatisfaction, I must stand firm on the integrity of my office and the work we’ve put into your case.<br><br>Given your continued dissatisfaction and the tone of your public remarks, it seems you no longer trust me to handle your case. You are welcome to come to my office, retrieve your file, and seek another attorney who may better align with your expectations. I have done everything in my power to move your case forward while following the legal process and acting in your best interest.<br><br>I am sorry you feel this way. Your accusations do not change the facts; this case will be resolved through the proper legal channels, whether with my assistance or someone else’s.<br>
