Just don’t… Ask the state bar for a different referral. Based on our 25 minute conversation I can with confidence say Ronaldo works for the employer not the employee.

Was instructed by a legal expert that worked within a different legal area to use the Idaho State Bar Lawyer Referral Service. Once I did this and paid the $35 fee I was connected with Ronald Coulter. He set up a zoom interview which was scheduled for 30mins. During this time I remained calm and kind, this was while he spoke over me countless times telling me what I had done wrong without letting me give the details. Laughed at me for asking a question regarding a disability discrimination issue, told me to return to a job that had offered my job back as a form of retaliation. Which no other lawyer has agreed with, after the 45mins we talked because he kept talking over me with a condescending attitude he told me that he could have charged me for going over the 30mins but wasn’t going to. Essentially to act as though he is doing a favor. I had discussed looking for a contingency fee lawyer in which he than stated is because I don’t have money (part of the issues being unlawful medical suspension) essentially saying it wasn’t worth his time. With again no details to the situation regarding many legal issues. What a waste of $35 dollars. If you want to be belittled and talked over by someone he is the person to go to.
