The person who answers their phone is beyond rude and abrupt. They advertise a free consultation. I called asking to talk to someone and potentially hire him to help out with legal paperwork I had started but done wrong. He was very abrupt, didn’t want to listen to anything I said, kept interrupting me as I was explaining and before I had hardly said anything he ended the conversation with “ you are never going to find a lawyer’. Their phone representative is just RUDE, arrogant and abrupt. I’m reading other reviews here and a lot of other people have the same feedback. If I talked to people in such an unprofessional manner at my job I would be fired. I am shocked that they are keeping this person on the job considering that there’s a pattern of people complaining about his rudeness and lack of professionalism. UPDATE: In response to his response, I didn’t hang up on him. He ended the conversation abruptly with “you are never going to find a lawyer “ and he didn’t want to speak to me anymore. So the conversation had to end. I tried calling the other phone number they had listed hoping I will get to speak to someone else who is actually nice. Unfortunately he picked up the phone again. He must have known it was me ( mostly likely caller ID) and immediately, before I had said anything, said with a very annoyed unwelcoming tone “yes madam “. So I had to hang up as I knew this is not going to get anywhere. I will repeat it again- the person on the phone is rude and unprofessional. Finally, contrary to his abrupt and rude statement, I did find a lawyer who is helping me! Update: Based on the comments I read it seems like he is only nice to the people he can do business with. If he doesn’t think you are a money making case he tries to get rid of you asap and he is rude and arrogant about it. In his defense I would say that dealing with a rude and arrogant lawyer is not that uncommon and, unfortunately, they don’t see it and they don’t think there’s anything wrong with their behaviour.
