I requested a certification from Mr. Daniel to begin the U visa application process. He said it would take 15 to 20 days, but two months passed and we found out he hadn't completed the process. We called him, and he disrespectfully replied that we were bothering him. After finally taking the time to process the document, we had to wait another 15 days. When the document finally arrived, we asked him to give it to us so we could find other legal advisors, to which he replied that he wouldn't give it to us, even though he knew he was only hired for that specific process.

The only thing my husband and I were greatful for is they took on our case right away (and on a weekend) during an emergency situation that was running out of time on us finding an immigration lawyer. And Bruce and his team was able to dismiss my husband's removal proceedings and give jurisdiction back to USCIS. But we felt everything else the team did was sloppy. They never called us with updates, we always had to call them first, and Bruce, although he was always kind, he always said "call back tomorrow" or "call back in a few days". And Hunter Yost was impossible to get in contact with, he never answers his phone and never returned texts or calls. Hunter was the one representing my husband, but he never even bothered to participate in our i-130 or i-485 interviews. My husband and I had to call to find out whether they even sent the G-28 form to USCIS and only after we asked did they send that form to USCIS. Because our interview was not in Pennsylvania, Hunter was supposed to appear telephonically in our interview, but we called their office and even tried a personal number and no one answered their phones and during our most recent interview for i-i485 the interviewing officer told us our lawyer was late on sending the G-28 form that they should have done that a week before our interview. Paying full price, we expected better service. But at least my husband's case was approved with or without our representative lawyer.

I highly recommend this law office to anyone needing immigration assistance. They offer free consultations, which immediately made us feel welcomed and supported from the beginning. Yes, there were times when we had to wait a bit, but it was always worth it. The staff is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Stephanie, in particular, was amazing. She answered our questions quickly and thoroughly, and when I needed my birth certificate translated to submit to USCIS, she was certified to do it and completed it in record time. They carefully prepared my husband and me for our marriage interview with USCIS, and Bruce personally accompanied us. When we arrived, we were beyond nervous.
