I was a client of Hadley’s office for about 12 years. I never really tried any other law office so I can’t compare it to anything else, but based on my experience they got my DACA paper work done every two years, it was easy and simple. They helped me and encouraged me to do Advanced parole, which is something I had been afraid to do for many years. There was a mishap during this process which at the time I felt could’ve been avoided had the office followed up accordingly. During this time my case had been transferred to a different person , which seems to happen pretty often, I was a bit concerned about this. However, having had Vanessa, the new person, as part of my process was a blessing in disguise. I feel that she made me feel like I actually mattered. I spoke to Vanessa more than I had ever spoken to anyone else in the office for the last 12 years and she always made sure I had answers to my questions. Ms. Hadley, showed up with me to my last hearing for my adjustment of status to make sure everything went fine given the current circumstances. I was extremely anxious so it definitely helped that she was there. I’m so grateful and appreciative for the guidance and help. If I could give a little constructive criticism it would be that I wish I didn’t have to be the one asking for follow ups so much, and I do understand they have loads of clients so it’s tricky.

Great experience. Although case took many years; the waiting and services provided by Hadley’s team was favorable. My case involved “cita consular” and they were supportive before and during my interview. Axel was constantly asking me how it was going out there Nd Hadley called me a day before interview. There were plenty in person conversations before. Many relatives have also hired this immigration law firm and have had favorable results. Takes zoom meetings in her car, cancels meetings last minute without notice, does not take requests seriously, and worst of all her “certified” ASL interpreter is NOT certified NOR qualified.

Every concern or suggestion they had we did just to make our case stronger. There was times which they wouldn’t get back to me here and there but they always answered our emails, phone calls back. Our attorney helped us with our interview. He stepped in with a question the immigration officer asked my husband. He told the officer if he can rephrase the question. I want to give props to Hadley and her team that did an amazing job with my husband case. We had tried multiple times on our own and kept coming to roadblocks due to missing documents, not really knowing what to do to we were recommended to Hadley's office by a friend. My husband was born internationally, and they helped prove my husband birth citizenship (Father US Marine). Thanks to the investigation work by Axel and Johana we were finally able to find the information we needed to submit correct paperwork to Homeland Security to complete our case and ultimate receive US citizenship. Unprofessional, Disorganized, Unresponsive and Exploitative Hadley Law Group was a complete disappointment. They made multiple errors on critical immigration documents, failed to communicate for over 100 days, and only responded when I followed up. A key request wasn’t even sent to the right office, causing major delays. For nearly $10,000, I expected professional guidance, but all I got were careless mistakes, dismissive responses, and generic links instead of real legal support. Worse, they prey on Latinx immigrants who don’t speak English and don’t know how to defend themselves, charging thousands while providing negligent, subpar legal services. If you need immigration help, go elsewhere—this firm is unreliable, exploitative, and does not prioritize its clients. --- In response to comment 03/04/2025: Thank you for your response. I’d like to clarify a key point: the client in question is my father, who does not speak English. Your team explicitly agreed that I would be the point of contact for all communication, which is why I have been involved in this process from the beginning. Additionally, papers were signed to formalize this agreement, which further proves my role in facilitating this case. I understand confidentiality policies, but dismissing my concerns by stating I am "not the client" contradicts the agreement made with your office. The issues I raised are not about agencies outside of your firm but about the service provided directly by your team. A 2-page detailed letter was submitted to the attorney outlining the issues with your office, and we did not receive a response (still waiting). My goal in providing feedback is to ensure transparency and accountability, not to dissuade the community from seeking legal support. Outstanding legal help can be found throughout the Inland Empire, just not at this office. I hope this provides clarity.

I give 5 stars. I let you know about the Lawyer Bajramovic and coworkers are wonderful and very professional organization. They helped me get my green card. I received a letters from immigration concerning some paperwork and Hadley quickly resolved the concerns from RFE. Karla was fantastic and answered our questions and kept us informed of the process. I am very happy to have them by our side. My procces during 5 months to get my green card. Oh finally didn’t believe that them did a good work to help fast time….. I’m very aprecciate. Worse experience in my life I ended trying to suit this Inmigration attorney and I it looks that se didn’t even have licensed to work in California, I pay almost 8,000 dolls and no results after almost 4 years and I went to another attorney and in 6 months I got my work permit I only paid 600 dlls to this new attorney do please be careful and ask this attorney to show you her license to work in California because when I try to report her to the bar they tell me that she is not licensed to work here
