Worst lawyer ever!! I hired this lawyer during one of the most stressful times of my life and was deeply disappointed by how my situation was handled. I had an active case in a California court, but due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to move to Texas. However, the California court unexpectedly rescheduled the hearing with less than two weeks’ notice. When I urgently reached out for help, instead of support or guidance, I was told that they could not take my case because it was “short notice.” This was after I had already trusted them during a critical period. At a time when I needed legal support the most, I was left without representation. This felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive, especially given the seriousness of my situation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious. If you are dealing with time sensitive or complex legal matters, this may not be the right place. Specifically, my experience with Mr. Chan Park was very disappointing.
