In Memoriam, On-Site Cremation

In Memoriam has always been a preferred mortuary that I recommend to my patients and families that I have helped take care of. This month, I was able to experience their amazing care first hand with my own family and it was more than we could have ever hoped for. They genuinely care for you and your family, and we are so incredibly grateful for all that they did to take care of my grandmother. They had outstanding communication throughout the entirety of the planning phase, through the end of the burial service, and we could not have asked for better mortuary care. Kelsi and her team are the very best there is and our family will exclusively use them for any future mortuary arrangements.

I am so happy that I picked In Memoriam! They made everything so easy and efficient and so knowledgeable and gave us choices if we want to do things ourselves to save money or they could handle. We could always reach them within minutes! Extremely pleased with my decision to use them and I highly recommend them!!!!!

So glad I found In Memoriam! We lost Mom and for the first time in my life, I was in charge of everything. It was overwhelming. Santiago was such a lovely person to work with. He walked me through things I didn't know, offered suggestions and just in general was a delight. As an added bonus, they were also fantastic about working with my crazy schedule. It's one of those things you don't think much about until you need it... I highly recommend In Memoriam.

This is such a nice family run business. They did such a nice job preparing my daughter for viewing, which was followed up with a witness cremation. The two most important things to me were for her to be presented as nicely as possible for her children and family to see her and that we have the witnessed cremation. It was done on site, so no moving my loved one around and I’m getting her ashes right away. They cared and listened to my concerns. Thank you Kelsi and Santiago!

All I can say is thank you. I can't even believe I am writing a review about this. We lost our twin sons prematurely in 2021 and Kelsi was so wonderful with every step of the process, helping us to say goodbye and honor these tiny babies' short lives. It's heartbreaking to lose any family and our grief was deep. Kelsi took such great care of us in our darkest hour and I'm thankful we had her help to guide us. She is a special human.

Kelsi took care of my wonderful father-in-law after he lost his heroic battle to cancer. I rested easy during this difficult time, knowing he was in caring, capable hands. As a fellow funeral professional, there’s nowhere else I’d rather my loved ones be taken care of than In Memoriam.

I had a tremendous experience with Kelsi and Santiago. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs support and leadership during this type of difficult time. I cannot express enough how loved I felt through the process. They were there at every turn. I think we made a really special impact on the passing of my wife and I could not have done it without Kelsi and Santiago….. Trust in them. Love you guys. Thank you could never be enough for all Santiago and Kelsi did for our family. My sweet Mom and I went through the pre-planning with Kelsi many years ago and had a wonderful experience that day. When my Mom passed, Santiago was available and present immediately, there for all my questions and concerns, he's so patient and thoughtful. He and Kelsi were part of the celebration for my Mom from the beginning until the end. They were like additional family members that took care of everything. We had such a great experience with In Memoriam. They handled my loved one with care and dignity. They were so thoughtful and kind through the whole process. At each step of they made themselves readily available and allowed us to be as involved as we wanted to be and offered all the help we needed. I’m so glad I entrusted them with my mother in her last physical moments on this earth. I’ll be forever grateful for their kindness and support in a very difficult time for my family.
