I was referred by a friend of mine to seek a lawyer after a terrible accident that caused awful injuries to both myself and my partner, and independence law was who she recommended. For me at the time, I was dealing with a different lawyer because, for some reason, it seems like everyone is in a hurry... And 2021- I was tboned by someone, and in the middle of one insurance battle. So 2023, attorney Dov from independence law, was not only willing to take me and my partner on, but also willing to assist me in moving along my 2021 case so there would be no confusion. 2023 the accident was much more serious. It was also a Tbone accident, however this time resulted in me needing a spinal fusion surgery, I have a TBI, multiple herniated discs, and so on. Essentially this one was extremely life altering. Every time I had a question, or had information to get to the office - response time was between 5 minutes and max 24 hours. Where as with my previous attorney, it would be months. Even when I had my surgery in the hospital, when I was with family and resting, dov came and visited me to see how I was doing which was incredibly sweet. Above and beyond 🥰. The office in general was extremely caring and always willing to answer emails, questions, concerns, and never took more than a day to respond. Hopefully I will never HAVE to need them again of course, but if I, or anyone I know happens to, I couldn't see myself choosing anyone else :)
