Injured Federal Worker

They helped me when two shady attorneys were pushing me to settle for an extremely low amount, telling me my case wasn’t very strong, and how hard it was to go up against self insured companies to get anything. I am so very happy with how hard the whole staff worked to help me get what I was supposed to get, and they were very kind as well. I finally found the right attorneys to fight for me and protect me from being ill used. I highly recommend attorneys Shapiro. They will fight for you, and won’t stop until they have done everything that can be done!

Very unprofessional. After never returning any emails or voice mails, I sent an email stating I may find another practice if I'm just going to be ignored. Then the son calls me up and starts cussing and swearing at me! And I'm their client! Very rude an unprofessional.

The entire practice works on your case. They do not give up on these complex cases. OWCP wears a person down, I never would have been able to figure out the the road blocks they threw up. They unravel all the BS. I've recommended them to several co-workers.

Garbage!

I retired from the BOP. The Shapiros have helped me with 2 cases. I have tried to do injury cases by myself . The DOL will wear you down. It takes forever to talk to someone on the phone . I had one man tell me that it's that away to get the injured person to get discouraged and quit trying to file a claim. The Shapiros have gotten me to awards. It would have been nothing without them . I highly recommend this law firm!

Horrible practice does not have a clue what is going on in your case. Does not answer any questions, and charges you bogus amounts

I would give 0 stars if I could. I talked to Alan Shapiro junior on the phone. This was after I waited a full week to have my call returned. He was very rude. Very unprofessional. Very shady law firm. They tried to pitch having me pay for a workman's comp case upfront on top of him getting a percentage of my settlement. I told him straight out that wasn't going to happen. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Yes I put this law firm on blast. People deserve to know.
