Jason is amazing! He is very knowledgeable about the process to file for disability and also to appeal if the initial request is denied. He spent time with me to prepare me for each step and was always available when I had questions. His staff notified me right away whenever any communication from Social Security was received. I’m sure that I would never have gotten this positive result without his help. Working with a government agency can be a difficult and drawn out struggle. With appeals, my case took three years. You definitely need someone with expertise on your side - call Jason!

I sent him a short message on his website regarding my search for a disability lawyer. He responded saying he could not help me because essentially it is difficult to prove that you’re disabled. ‘Face palm and eye roll here’ When I followed up with more information he ignored me. He made incorrect assumptions and made a decision without even knowing anything about my needs. How good can a lawyer be that jumps to conclusions without getting any info first? I got the feeling he keeps a good rating by only taking the easy cases. Poor customer service UPDATE - in response to his reply. His 'detailed response' was a copy paste selection of the residual functional capacity form, which I already had my dr. fill out btw. He gave no suggestions as he claims. See photo.
