I assisted my Mom who is elderly that was hit by a drunk driver without insurance. Luckily her injuries were not life threatening but she needed an attorney as she sustained injuries and her car was badly damaged. Mark and his team were amazing from start to finish. They assisted my mom with getting a settlement, not only to fix her car and take care of her medical bills and inconveniences. Mark is also very quick to respond to text and emails even years after this incident, he’s very caring, and happy to answer any questions that you have related to car accidents and personal injury. I highly recommend him to anybody who needs help with a car accident.

This was the first time in my life that I have ever needed an attorney. I did a few searches online and couldn’t find the right attorney so I got Mark’s number from a friend. Mark was genuinely concerned about my well being, so the first thing he did was find me doctor who immediately did an MRI of my neck and back. The doctor recommended physical therapy and I started the treatments. I was in physical therapy for a few months. I did get some relief, but still had some lingering pain. I wasn’t 100 percent back to where I was before the accident, and Mark was determined to do whatever it took to get me back to where I was. He set me up to do more therapy and chiropractic treatments. It was comforting to be able to go to all of the different doctors and follow the recommended treatments without worrying about how I was going to pay for it. Mark made sure that the only thing I had to worry about was getting better. While I was doing all of the treatments, Mark was negotiating with the insurance company to get me a suitable settlement for everything I had been through because of the accident. The first offer the insurance company made was not a suitable offer, according to Mark. Mark said he wanted to file a lawsuit, and that he was confident he could get me more money. So we filed a lawsuit and Mark fought for me until he was able to obtain a favorable settlement that covered all of my medical expenses and he got me a sizable sum of money for my injury. I am in a better position than before the accident and I have Mark to thank for it. I hope I never need a lawyer again anytime in my life, but if I do Mark will be the first person I call.
