Had the best experience! Attorney, Grant, was very knowledgeable and the follow up visit with Andrea exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend anyone having an issue with health insurance to contact them.

Terrible service. If you don't have anyone to help you here, don't even bother coming. You'll just waste your time. They're incredibly unprofessional. They offer help with an eviction and demand the plaintiff's date of birth, when other places have helped me just by giving them the lawsuit. They made me sign a citizenship certificate for nothing, and they refuse to return the information you sign. So don't come here; they'll investigate you thoroughly for nothing and waste your time. Alondra is the one who just says "sorry" and wouldn't let me continue with the application without the owner's date of birth. Can you believe it? This service is terrible. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. Just look at them.

Try to call from 2 days no reply no back call . This is worst service I saw in my ever life !

Been calling every day their business is open (since September 15) after I got assigned a lawyer , and been on hold for hours (3 hrs at the most) and when I get to the front on the call que . Who ever their receptionist is needs to be fired cause they dont want to do their job. Ive called on my phone and my husbands' they randomly hang up on us without a word when it's our turn in que. Sucha a waste of my time. DO BETTER... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I kept calling Inland Counties Legal Services, but no one answered. I only got a response hours later. It was frustrating, especially because I needed urgent help. 😤😫😩

I called yesterday same thing I was the 1st caller in queue n no one picked up.. I was on hold for over 5hrs n I was just left in the Limbo..

They were helpful when I called. I was told to call back Monday for some information, but received a message that their office is currently closed. Apparently, they take lunch between 1-2. Why the message says the office is closed and then lists the hours they're open without saying they're closed between 1-2 is beyond me. It's confusing.

Very helpful people. Just had problems reaching you by phone, call wild put you on hold and several minutes past and it automatically hangs up after waiting for someone to take my call.

The service the this team offers is great. For as busy as they are they take as much time as they can to look into your case and review it in a timely manner and have the best guidance and assistance. Definitely recommend if you have any legal issues within the county.

Paper pushing GOVT workers. They take you through the process, knowing they won't advocate, with a 50 million per year budget. Then the Director Ernest Reguly tells me "it's way worse in other places" be grateful! THIS shows a lack of care, concern, & unfairness for the poor & marginalized. THIS too will change.

SSI Dept Michelle House Marsha Johnson supervisor Ms. Brown and Brandy Solis are all sabotaging my SSI case since Aug 2019 and even saying the judge wants to dismiss my case! They could have got my SSI for my legal Blindness and failed 3 hearings. I am forced to find a real lawyer to finish getting my SSI case hearing and sue this publicly funded non profit organization and hopefully their 1023 form gets questioned by the IRS! Shame on these horrid morally corrupt people!!

But where are they? I went to the address and it was closed.
