Jeffrey, I am concerned with your experience. I thought I had reviewed every case pending my review long prior to your post. If somehow we missed your case, I truly apologize. I will be looking into this tomorrow to see what happened on our end. I will get to the bottom of this situation and send you a response once I determine what happened. 7/23/2025 - I have looked into this matter as indicated. I cannot find any medical records you provided to my office for me to review. If you have the name of the person you met with or claimed to have discussed your case with, or if you can tell me the date you supposedly provided our office with medical records, that would help me resolve this issue for you. Otherwise, I believe your negative review of our office is not well justified and your recommendation of not using our office is not appropriate. <br><br>Jeffrey T, I do not want this matter to go unresolved and since my last communication, I have been trying to find any information regarding your asserted claim. We have searched our entire database regarding any documents or information you may have left for me to review and there is nothing. We do not have your name, contact information or subject matter of your claim. None of my employees recognize the name. One employee indicated that someone came into our office. He was provided a business card to allow him to forward medical records for our review. No records were received and therefore nothing was available for review. She did not have any contact information to follow up on when nothing was received. If I do not have any information, including any phone number for you, I cannot contact you to discuss your case. Please indicate the manner in which you contacted our office, identify the records you supposedly provided my office for my review and the nature of the claim. You leave me in a position which is very difficult when I don't know your complete name, you don't have a phone number or email address to communicate with you. Your claims that I lied do not represent the facts. You could have placed a call to my office and we could have taken care of the situation instead of making inflammatory statements regarding my office. Once again, how can I resolve the situation when I do not even know who you are?

Alexandra my caseworker was really proficient knowledgeable and cared about my situation. She handled everything from my medical care to dealing with the insurance from beginning to end in a timely fashion. Can somebody give this woman a raise cuz I don't think I even talked to talk to the attorney once
