My boyfriend and I were in a bad car accident last month and Dr Baer was highly recommended by my dad who also sees him. Great staff, Great physical therapy. I have been suffering with SI joint pain and hypermobility in the surrounding ligaments since May of 2024. My chiropractor in NY suggested I seek out Prolotherapy. As soon as we arrived at our winter home, I immediately searched for Prolotherapy and was pleased to find Integrative Healthcare RegenU in Ocala. Dr. Bare and Dr Melanie did a wonderful examination. They explained everything and came up with a treatment plan of 3 Prolotherapy sessions in the ligaments, and one PRP session in the SI joint itself. I have completed the 3 Prolotherapy sessions and I am 90% pain-free. I am looking forward to the PRP in January. I am so grateful. The staff are all wonderful.

I've been a patient at IHC for well over a year now. My sciatic problems have all gone away as a result of the treatment I receive here. I just recently tried PRP therapy for knee pain. Melanie makes the experience relaxed and pain free. Her phlebotomy skills are amazing! My veins are incredibly difficult to find, but not for her! I expected the PRP treatment to be painful, but I didn't feel a thing. My knee is feeling better, and it's only been a couple days. I had neck surgery after a serious car accident. My neck was fine but I still had other lingering pain. My primary doctor just said I had arthritis, but was no real help in solving my issues. By pure luck, I found Dr Bare in a Facebook group offering free consultation. It was the best decision I could ever make. They were able to address the specific type of arthritis and give me a non surgical option. I didn't want to take any pill or have any more surgeries. He had me back fishing and bowling again. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I was referred by my wife after her car accident. I had a neck injury after a violent sneeze. I could not turn my head , and it was very painful. Dr. Bare is pure magic. No matter what your issues are, he will do his best to find the root cause and solve the problem.

I’ve never experienced how painful back pain can be until recently. Unfortunately, my pain came on over a weekend. Monday morning, I got in to see Dr. Bare, who has helped me tremendously over the last few weeks. I went from being unable to do my laundry to working full-time at the hospital again. Dr. Bare and his team are amazing!! I highly recommend scheduling a consultation if you meet the criteria to inquire about treatment options that could benefit you.

Best chiropractor ever! I had a severe cervical Spine injury and I ended up having a two disk replacement surgery. Dr. Bare's adjustments are amazing and the staff are supper friendly and loving people. The entire staff are amazing, and are willing to help you out in every way to get your health back. I highly recommend their prolotherapy services as well, the treatments are supper helpful to help restore the muscles, especially due to surgery your muscles get weaker and I been dealing with this neck injury for a while now and Dr. Bare's office is by far the best place you can go to and get your health back together. I had terrible shoulder pain and after the PRP injection and a 2 week rest the pain is gone! It’s been 8 months and there is absolutely no pain in my shoulder but I’m back again for my knees. Still working on them. Doc is great! Thorough exam, talks straight up what the problem is what to do next. Office staff is great to work with too. I HIGHLY recommend the group!

Dr.Bare and his staff are awesome. They truly care about their patients and will do whatever it takes to help. I came in hoping they could help me with horrible knee pain. Surgery avoided...pain almost gone. Now we're working on the back...feeling so much better. They are an answer to my prayers.
