Last July 2025 we contacted Iqbal’s Law firm for our Immigration concern/questions. They set me up for a Free 1 hour consultation with Atty. Maheen. We Decided to get the Spouse package. Then we proceed to the application itself, they will send their own data information for their perusal and gathering of Data happens, we did proceed with concurrent process so if you are not familiar of it better ask them. They assisted us in preparations, communication is open. I appreciate that Atty. Considered our request to have to sit with her on a Saturday, twice! Because of Husband’s work schedule. That is really a bonus part for us. I appreciate how she responded to my text/call, day in and out! On our day of interview, we opted her to come with us for moral and legal support. (It will be up to y’all ofcourse) but that’s my decision and husband was nice to say Yes. It was a good interview outcome, the best we can get! Thank you Atty & Iqbal Law firm. I’m incredibly grateful to Maheen Iqbal for guiding me through my green card process. We filed my case on March 25th, and by October 26th, just about seven months later, my case was approved. Throughout what could have been a stressful journey, Maheen made everything so much easier. We did run into an RFE because of a minor issue with the affidavit of support, but she helped us fix it quickly. She was also there with me during the interview, which made the entire interview process really smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone going through the same process!

They gave me a free consultation and answered all my questions when other attorneys wanted hundreds of dollars for a couple questions, it shows they actually have compassion for their clients and care about what they do. Ultimately I didn’t need an attorney which thankfully saved me money, but if one were ever necessary I won’t hesitate to go with IQBAL!

Edited for updated status- I highly DO NOT recommend using her services! We retained Ms Mageen again for my husband’s work authorization case that has to be renewed every 2 years. She filed his previous renewal application in 2023. Uscis updated the I765 form on 4/1/24. Ms Mageen likely copied the previous application and submitted on the outdated forms resulting in my husband’s case being rejected and causing a significant delay in the processing of the resubmission on the proper forms. Upon politely questioning of how this happened ms Mageen became defensive, refused to take responsibility for the mistake and was rude, disrespectful and dismissive towards me, blaming the uscis for changing the forms. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, her lack of responsibility and unapologetic reaction was unacceptable and cost us nearly 2 months of wages, loss of health insurance and other benefits along with an unimaginable amount of stress. Instead of doing her best to rectify the mistake that she made she amplified an already terrible situation with her lack of empathy and respect. Think twice before making the decision to trust her with your own case, I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone else.

I highly recommend Iqbal Law Firm! They’ve been a great help for the approval of my I-765, I-130, I-485 and I-612. It took a year for the entire process which is a great timeline as a J1 visa holder. Mrs. Maheen is very professional and positive with our case. Now, I got my GC in the mail! Thank you again Iqbal Law Firm.
