Jason Weinstock represented me for 3 years. He kept me abreast of information in a timely manner. Jason communicated with me through the entire process to ensure I was aware of what was going on. Jack Dockerty was unhelpful in the estate of my father. Very rude and only gave vague responses, When I called him I felt as if I was bothering him and I would be scared to asked for necessary steps and information needed to help guide me through the transition of the settlement. He has a very nasty demeanor, rude and gives off racist undertones. Left with alot of unanswered questions. Jack treats people as peasants and not Clients.

I thought of I can give Thomas wilken more than 5 stars, I won’t hesitate , from the first day I signed the contract with him , he worked very hard, and always explained everything to more than I asked, and always gives me the advice before I go forward to the next step, I highly recommend Tom to get your rights because he has great experience.

Louis Michelsen was really rude during my call with him in regards to searching for a case. Every possibility I suggested, reapplying for a second SSI Case, further research, and carrying out the first SSI Case, he scolded me, calling me a "Loser," and said it was 99.5% of chance of losing at every possibility. He blasphemed during the phone call, and made my hopes of getting Legal Aid for my Disability a lot worse. To the Establishment, everyone else was not rude, and acted professional. However, unless this place terminates Luis Michelsen, more People are going to turn away from this Establishment in disgust. Never again am I going to turn to this place.

Working with Thomas Wilken has been great. He communicates to you as a normal person. He showed so much passion and understanding. He always worried about the client and not worried about lining his pocket. He works hard to get you taken care of instead of pushing you to the back burner. He doesn't sugarcoat. He cracks the whip when the defendant is trying to prolong your case. Thomas's paralegal was always ready to answer questions or if she didn't have the answer she was fast to get the answer.
