We hired Joshua Irvine in 2018 for my husband E -2 treaty investor visa. Everything worked well. We got visa we came in US and things didn't work out as we thought and my husband has to change business. As soon as we changed the business, we approached Joshua, for update new business to USCIS. Joshua misguided us by saying we can notify USCIS at the time of renewal, my husband reconfirmed via email, Joshua advised same. As Joshua have multiple business hard to catch up with him and staff not very Co operative. As a result we have hired a different attorney and came know we were out of status as soon as we changed the business. My husband' s business still running but we all know without owner presence hard to manage. We got denied ath the time of renewal. We feel like all our hard work and effort for running business gone waste. We did not got even chance to rap up our stuff, all my personal belongings still in USA. Totally unacceptable. Misguidance messed someone's life

I requested a contract review from Irvine Legal for a job in Florida. I was able to upload the document and schedule a phone call with Joshua on short notice to review the contract, then schedule a phone call to follow-up with me to go over his findings. This started with his answering a question I had posed earlier about non-compete clauses. He then proceeded with a general overview and opinion of the agreement, followed by zeroing in on a few specific areas he considered warranted further scrutiny. Along the way, Joshua would pause to ensure my clear understanding of important sections and provide clarity when requested in a very calm, non pressured, relaxed, yet personal and professional tone.
