Have been rear-ended in an accident, contacted and signed the documents with you, provided all the information you asked me for and 2months later you turned my case down in an email. Unprofessional!! I dont have a problem that u turned my case down, i have a problem doing that after 2 months.

For example, Insurance Companies have 30 days by statute to provide disclosure of their policies. We must check all vehicle policies and act swiftly, since it takes 30 days to get disclosure by Florida Statute, so this accounts for the timing in these types of incidents.
