While he is clearly knowledgeable in his field and presents himself with professionalism, I did feel that communication could have been more transparent throughout the process. My family was unfortunately involved in a terrible car accident a few weeks ago. We were hit head on by a drunk driver and my 1-year-old son was in the back seat. Luckily everyone was ok, but this was only the beginning. We had no idea what we were up against with trying to seek justice for ourselves.
