If there were a way to give ZERO stars on here that is what this firm and IVAN Karmel earns. I would highly recommend Nobody use the services of IVAN Karmel. He states that he is licensed to carry out the law in the state of Washington, most notably Clark County, however, failed to meet deadline dates. He and his joke of a legal assistant Zina, repeated many times that they had 14 days to file a Motion of Revision of a Commissioners Order which was false! I had to take a picture of the law and regulation for them to know and forward on to them. He also works behind his clients back with the opposing attorney to take Children’s voice and right to speak away. Without my knowing he cancelled and brushed aside the Guardian Ad Litem so that my children could not tell the truth or their side. I have been encouraged by many attorneys in the area who are disgusted by this to file a complaint with the Washington Bar Association which I will be doing. STRONGLY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO NOT USE IVAN KARMEL OR HIS LAW FIRM. Completely incompetent and unprofessional. Scammers and opportunists. REALLY??? None of that happened? Did you also or did you not submit my statement that you said was too long knowing the COMMISSIONER WOULD REJECT IT??? Did she not state and is not on record that she DID NOT read the entire statement because it was too long. For a 17 & still going marriage because I have not been able to clean up the mess you made. Did I not pay you IVAN $5000 to represent me and you DID NOT NOR DID YOU FOLLOW THE CLARK COUNTY RULES AND REGULATIONS? THE TRUTH NEEDS NO DEFENSE And if anyone would like to see the emails of Ivan acknowledging he was wrong on the dates, I have them as well as my current attorney.
