The only people I called on more than Jesus after my arrest. 5 Stars Well Deserved!!! I was facing a dire situation, and the attorney got my charges dropped at my arraignment. If you’re on the fence about who to hire, don’t be. The firm is very communicative and sympathetic to difficult situations. They truly care and are extremely professional. I HIGHLY recommend this firm.

I am Puerto Rican and was recommended by a good friend of Attorney Alexis Izquierdo, a former colleague who has his own firm in Caguas, Puerto Rico, Attorney Juan Jose Forasteri. I felt very confident because of their friendship and the help Alexis could provide. I called his office, since I live in Jacksonville, Florida, and spoke with Sarah, who was very kind. I identified myself, and the rarest thing, at least here in Jacksonville, was that I spoke with Attorney Izquierdo. This is the first time in two years—which will be this September—that my daughters and I have managed to speak with a lawyer about my husband's problem here in Jacksonville. It's always second, third, or even fourth people we've had to deal with. They spoke with me, and I told them about my husband's malpractice, where he lost his right leg below the knee due to two unnecessary angioplasties at an outpatient cardiovascular center. My husband had never suffered from leg pain before, only from sciatic nerve pain. I contacted almost all of the lawyers who advertise here, and they had cases and shared my grief because it's a very sad case, one that I know you, Attorney Izquierdo, also shared with me. It's a great shame that you don't have a Hispanic law firm representing your community here in Jacksonville. After each consultation, they asked for my husband's date of birth, and when I gave it to them, they said they would speak with the lawyer and call me back. They called me back, saying the lawyer had the case but couldn't take it. They wasted my time, and my case was lost after two years. I believe there is discrimination against senior citizens here in Jacksonville. Thank you, Attorney Izquierdo. It's a great shame there aren't many lawyers with a heart like yours. I know my pain touched your heart. May God grant you good health so you can continue helping many more people. My husband had two amputations on his right leg, the last one halfway down his thigh.

I do not recommend it. I had an accident injury case and after 18 sessions of therapy, he told me he was dropping the case. Attorney Santiago from the Izquierdo law firm only had losses. My insurance company raised the price, etc. I do not recommend it.

This law firm is great! From start to finish they were compassionate, attentive, and highly professional. They understand and cater to your personal needs.

Horrible and inexperienced customer staff. I went back and forth with them a lot, continuously got bounced around, received different info, hard to follow through. I followed process went to therapy for my images done, I had an injury and a case but after a few months I just got a letter that they were leaving my case, out of nowhere. Never got a call or an explanation, just the letter. I do not recommend them at all.
