I want to thank Frank Salazar and the team at J.A. Davis & Associates for their help. They’ve been with me through a very difficult workers' comp process since my injury in 2024. Frank and his assistant were professional and supportive during a time when I really needed someone in my corner. I appreciate their hard work in getting my case closed.

If you're involved in a workers' compensation or third-party case, I don't recommend them. I wasted almost three years with these animals. First, they filed the claim with the wrong insurance company, and then they didn't update the claim and it took four months for me to get paid. They never told me about my rights under workers' compensation, like having transportation provided, and I ended up paying family members to take me to my therapy appointments. It takes months to even get an appointment with one of the lawyers. When the exact one-year of the accident arrived, during a denial I received from workers' compensation, they supposedly were going to sue the third party, and guess what? It turned out there was no lawsuit and no negligence, even though I had all the evidence. When I went to San Antonio to meet with lawyers Davis and Salazar so they could explain why they initially said there was a third-party claim and then later said there wasn't, the first thing that surprised me was the location in an ugly neighborhood in San Antonio. It's a big house, but nothing impressive. The first thing I saw was Davis arriving in a brand-new truck right after they canceled my lawsuit. They had no explanation for why they dropped the case, and the worst part is they tell you you have a limited time to find another lawyer if you want to pursue a third-party claim. After this, I continued with workers' compensation for another year, but they didn't pay me what I was owed, and my lawyers couldn't even get them to pay me at least a portion of that second year. Then they suggested I apply for disability, and after a year, Social Security denied me, even though I had everything in my favor with the doctors. And even now, I've spent all of January trying to get them to talk to me, since mysteriously, other people answer the phone first before you can even schedule an appointment with the lawyer's secretary, and then you're lucky if they even call you back. Sometimes I've waited up to two weeks trying to get a call back, and they never return my calls.

J.A. Davis & Associates never came to visit me after my severe injury & over 30 days I was hospitalized. Then JADA committed malpractice and fumbled my settlement, HARM! Instead, use Thomas J. Henry Law who employs over 250 personal injury attorneys, & proven winnings of over a billion dollars--- J.A. DAVIS & JOKERS! PLEASE RUN AWAY FAST FROM THEIR BS AND CONSULT WITH A COMPETENT TEAM! It took 60 days of excuses why no attorney would return my calls--- only to discover J.A. Davis put my valid claim in grave jeopardy! Over sixty days after hiring associate J.A.D. Joker Frank Salazar who babbled with no game plan to winning! So now I'm consulting with a Board Certified attorney who discovered J.A. Davis filed the claim with the wrong insurance company, idiots! That's the reason my claim apparently was initially turned down. It is the opinion of Certified Attorney that my claim has merit!! J.A. Davis phones are answered by answering services, it took over a month for attorney Frank Salazar to call with an update that they have basically performed not in my best interest, but helped the insurance company deny my claim. Text inquiries from Davis firm sends out can't be called back. I had same experience as other quoted Google Reviews below so no need repeating comments as they are common experiences quoted below this post. K. Arthur Keene Conclusion: J.A. Davis as of this writing has failed to email file me my case file, all letters they prepared, and seven hundred pages plus of exhibits that was agreed would be emailed to me, "asap!" I need my case file so I can run away fast to a firm that has an active staff plus experience to file claim with correct insurance company. For above, and other malpractice I am filing a grievance with Texas Bar, and intend to pursue this harm to the full extent of the law! MALPRACTICE COMPLAINT Yes, filing a Texas legal malpractice suit for an attorney filing a workers' comp claim against the wrong employer and missing an appeal deadline, thus jeopardizing the case, sounds like a strong basis for a claim, as it involves attorney negligence (failing to meet professional standards by misunderstanding the law/deadline) causing actual harm/damages (losing the client's case/benefits). To succeed, you must prove the attorney owed you a duty, breached that duty (negligence), and that breach directly caused your financial loss, all within the 2-year Texas statute of limitations from discovery of the error. Damages: You suffered financial harm (lost benefits, medical costs, etc.) because of the lawyer's negligence. Next Steps: Gather Evidence: Collect all documents, communications, and records from your original workers' comp case and your lawyer. Consult a Specialist: Find a Texas attorney specializing in legal malpractice to review your case, as proving causation can be complex. Act Quickly: Be aware of the 2-year statute of limitations in Texas from when you discovered or should have discovered the malpractice. HOW FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST A TEXAS LISENCED ATTORNEY: To file a grievance against a Texas lawyer, use the State Bar of Texas's online portal at sbotservices.texasbar.com or download their official form, ensuring all sections are completed (use "N/A" for irrelevant questions), and submit it to the Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel (CDC) for review, with the Bar's main number being 800-204-2222 for assistance. Absolutely worthless lawyer!!! You can NEVER talk to someone you always have to leave a message with their answering service... If you call on Monday you're lucky to get a call by Thursday!!! I hired you on 11/7/2025 and EVERY TIME I called on a Monday I got no answer until I called and would complain to your receptioninst, who was the only brave one to deal with me today!!! I TOLD HER I wanted to fire you, because you were "with a client" and unavailable... In the month and 10 days you were hired you did NOTHING!!! It took me ONE PHONE CALL to find out why I wasn't getting paid!!!! ONE PHONE CALL that your assistants should have done!!!

PLEASE do not go to this law firm. I was working with Ed brown, and had the worst experience. He was very unprofessional and he did not help me in any way i had to terminate him due to many issues i was facing during a hard time for me. Even his supervisor Brian had the same mentality which was very unprofessional and rude. This law firm has disappointed me in many ways please think twice before choosing your lawyers
