Mr. Smith did not take our case, unfortunately, he did not take the time to familiarize himself with our case, prior to our scheduled meeting. He charged $400(which we knew). He told us he would let us know next day, if he would take the case. We called back, again told next day. He emailed us his decision, instead of calling us that next day. Very unprofessional. Very happy he did not take our case.
