After receiving my 2nd denial on my Disability Claim, I contacted Atty. Trucks' office. His Executive Assistant, Shirley, stated, "I'm going to be your best friend!", and she wasn't exaggerating. THEY handled EVERYTHING!!! They compiled my medical records from ALL of my Drs., explained each step of my continued claim, policies, procedures, and steps to achieve a favorable judgment. After I no longer qualified for Obamacare medical coverage, (due to my lack of work) they wrote a letter requesting my judge hearing be expedited since I was losing medical insurance. I received a court date in front of a Judge in 3 months vs 16 months! I felt the Judge was a little harsh, but Karl took control and addressed issues I never would have thought of...HE KNOWS THE LAW!!! He shot holes through all of the career expert's responses, and proved that my medical conditions prevented me from continued full-time employment...referencing hundreds of documents in my file! I have always been a hard worker, and perfectionist, and it is really difficult for me to leave something as important as my livelihood in the hands of another.
