I'm still giving Susana two stars even though everything went as planned she did yell at me a couple of times knowing that I do have PTSD and other problems she failed to answer her phone sent her messages through telephone text and even fax and failed to call me back multiple times I think everything went as planned because the system is geared that way you got two stars...

The people on the phone are the sweetest and super helpful

Horrible experience. Was already in a panic as I was unsure of how to proceed. Met with attorney and felt better as she seemed knowledgeable. Agreed to meet the following week. She never called to set up the appointment. Tried calling the office 11 times over a period of 4 days. Kept getting the message that the voice mail box had not been set up so I could not leave a message. She never attempted to reach out to me. Worst service. Does not care. Go with someone else.

Great place, I was skeptical at first, didn't think she could help me get s s.i benefits after being turned down by social security so many times. Ms.perez guided and advised me every step of the way with what social security needed and put in hard work and research before my court date for decision. .....guess what.... we won... as a word to the wise I would highly recommend you go to this place first if your thinking about filing for social security benefits. I'm so happy I did....

No preperation prior to judge hearing. Prior to judge hearing I was told I wouldn't be asked many questions by the judge yet most of the hearing I was asked questions by the judge which caused me to have a mental breakdown. I am a 100% DISABLED VETERAN haven't worked in 2 and a half years. My representative did not support or stand up for me during the hearing. Due to my mental breakdown I kept making mistakes during the hearing. I was denied 4 weeks later. I was told the morning of the hearing my representative would call me to discuss the hear but I received no call and had to show up for the appointment also on Google it says they are attorneys yet they are not. I was told I can not work and get social security yet even if you do not work at all they will still deny you.

Makes your case as easy as possible. Helps relieve the stress on going to court because they keep you posted throughout.
