I have used Jamie’s services before and was extremely pleased so when I had an issue arise that needed an attorney for resolution, I reached out. We were needing a review of our Powers of Attorney and a revocable Trust. Our first appointment quickly answered several questions we had and determined that only a few changes to update the trust document and modify our beneficiaries was needed. My sister passed last year and I drew the bean to handle her estate. Jaime was recommended to me for probate legal services by the realtor I engaged to help with the sale of my sister’s home. Turned out to be a great recommendation. Jaime was very responsive to my initial inquiry and within a few days Jaime was retained to represent me in all legal proceedings. Of note is that I live out-of-state and therefore needed to handle everything from afar, and trust those I retained to assist me. Jaime explained all of the required steps to initiate and complete probate, my responsibilities as the Personal Representative of the estate, kept me updated, and otherwise guided me through the process start to finish. Overall, due in large part to Jaime’s understanding of the law and the process, taking on the role of Personal Representative was not as onerous and painful as I had feared it would be.
