I needed a better understanding, so I reached out to just about everyone I could possibly think of. And just when I was giving up hope, I received an email from J Preston Stieff. He took time from his busy day to explain in detail. He was very kind, and sincere. I had court today, and I felt a confident knowing that I understood what exactly was happening.
