Failed my case

I went to them for knee injury they sent my to a chiropractor that was a joke bottom line it felt they worked for the company I was injured with in the end I had to pay for five surgeries out of my pocket due to knee injury and am still down but hey they got their money…

I have a workers comp injury that the insurance stopped returning calls and ignoring the claim. I have had other workers comp injuries and claims so sadly I am not new to the game. I have used another firm but they had me doing all the work and so this time around I wanted to get a new firm. I could not even speak with an attorney. Jessica Alvarez took my calls and I spoke with her. and she said if I can get claim number (again the work comp was ignoring the injury and avoiding giving me the claim# which is 100% illegal) well I understood that no one can represent anyone without documentation and what not. After getting the documentation and claim number Jessica Alvarez still refused to forward to an attorney. I would avoid this law firm 100% if you can not speak with a lawyer with all documentation and a claim number its basically they only want multi million dollar suits or want you to do all the work and then you pay them for it. The way Jessica Alvarez came off after multiple calls was first all happy to get info then press you to get more info. in the end was very stuck up. She tried to say no one will take a case without documentation. I let he know I have it but Im not going to send it in the mail paying for confirmation and everything. If we could meet in office I can bring it in, and we can go from there. Jessica's response is noone in our office will see you with out documentation. so it was a spinning wheel. too bad for them. I see why they have a 3.3 star review and hopefully they get better call buffers to 1 make more money for themselves and 2 help people out
