We had Ms.Valerie, she was so sweet and answered every question we had without a ton of judgement for bugging the crap out of her (my first lawsuit). We were hit by an uninsured driver. She kept us posted and up to date on all actions following the case. she was always calm and understanding with whatever crazy question I had at the time, and answered every annoying call. She made us feel special as if we were not a bother at all. She made a stressful first time experience easier to handle and I appreciate everything she did for us.
