Initial consultation went well, was told I would have a quote in a day. 3 business days later still nothing so I contacted them. Then they basically just forwarded me their fee rates, why did I have to wait days for what you could just tell me on the phone? Then when I explained my financial circumstances and simply asked that they involve me as much as possible to keep billing to a minimum.. they said they don’t want to work with me!! I take this to mean that they only care about big cases and big wealthy clients and can’t adapt to work with individual circumstances. Either way.. typical lawyers.. just want freedom to bill for whatever they want with no limits or client needs focus.
