I had high hopes after my initial conversation with Will. He seemed knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping me set up my new business. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. After our first meeting, I found Will to be completely unresponsive. Despite multiple follow-up emails and calls, I received no replies or updates. Starting a new business is stressful enough without having to chase down your lawyer just to get basic communication. I expected more professionalism and reliability. If you need a lawyer who will be there when you need them, I suggest looking elsewhere
