This firm received a settlement offer but they did not pay me my share of the settlement. The Trial attorney for Jacob Fuchsberg was Ed Bithorn and he told me that he had received three settlement offers that he refused because the firm wanted more money. The final offer was $300,000 which he refused. This took place before the verdict was made. The firms desire to make more money cost us a settlement of $300,000. Also according to the managing partner of the firm a settlement was made, however I was not notified by the firm as to my share of the settlement.

I'm very disappointed. Advertisements can really make you think you're going to get help, but that the end they're not going to help you. You should be helping everybody out with their legal issues. I thought this legal firm was going to give me a chance to tell them my whole story but they didn't want to hear my story. I want to talk to lawyer about what's been going on with me. They didn't give me a free consultation to talk to a lawyer. This legal firm didn't want to meet with me to talk about my problem. I talk to their online operator, not a lawyer.
