All I can say is please do your research before hiring Ben Jacob, he did nothing he said he was going to do, I mean nothing except for 1 video visit for the first 4 months, he kept taking on new cases/trials and putting our case off, it wasn't until I asked for my money back to hire different counsel when he started working on the case and then did nothing he said he was going to do but give us false hopes. He was very disrespectful and unprofessional with me. It was so bad that I'm filing a complaint with the Bar!!!

Ben Jacob's is someone you'd call when other attorney either has given you false hope or a run around for your time/money. Ben took on the challenge I was facing for over a year. My previous attorney wasn't aggressive during my Preliminary hearing and I was facing trial... I called up Ben, trusted in him.. and he not only got my case fully DISMISSED but also Got me an apology from courts. Ben and his team are professionals who treat you like family. Ben Jacob is a 5 star attorney you can trust with your life. I had made an innocent mistake and was being heavily prosecuted for it. My initial attorney was of no help in my case and I refused to give up. I read some reviews online and decided to give my business to Ben. He picked up the phone from day one and talked to me like a human being, not a number, and patiently listened to my case. After all was said and done, although a lengthy process, attorney Jacob was able to get my case dismissed. My only regret in the entire ordeal was not finding him sooner.
