I guess there is a reason this attorney has only one review. This attorney as he stated is only interested in cases that requires no work or research to win a decision in favor for his client. As Jacob gave an example during our first only call of a surgeon removing the wrong leg instead of the right one during a surgery.. implying that type of case would be a case that he is willing to take, but a case such as mine required to much work and would be to costly to pursue and my case did not interest him. It is apparent Mr. Jacob Parker is not willing to go toe to toe and argue for me as a client and fight for me, because I am not an easy case where I don't fit in to the category of the surgeon that removed a wrong leg, but yet my case is important and evidence shows negligence, but it's not a shut and closed case which would require more effort from the attorney and my type of case is a case that Jacob is not obviously skilled or confident enough to handle or just to lazy to handle. Cases that are basically handed to Jacob on a silver platter is the case Jacob appears to be only interested in, so in other words he wants cases that do not require much work for him to prove. If you are looking for an attorney to represent you and fight for you Jacob Parker is not the guy and shame on Massey & Associates for outsourcing my case to this attorney without my knowledge. I come to find out today after 3 months of signing paperwork with Massey & Associates that Jacob is not listed as an attorney on the Massey & Associates website. Jacob who has been on my case for 3 months had not even had the integrity to call me to introduce himself as my attorney. I had to chase him down for a call only to be told my case didn't meet his standard or rather( his smell test). Shame on you sir! You were also very arrogant and insensitive and down right cold hearted. I hope no one makes the mistake of handing you an easy case where you simply get paid without effort as you so desire.
