I do not recommend this law firm. I paid Jacob around $3,000 to resolve an issue that he told me would be “very easy” to fix. However, the problem was never resolved. About a year and a half later, I discovered that the debt was still on my record and had even been sent to collections. The amount is now around $10,000. I only found out about this when I was trying to rent a new apartment and was told that I had a debt on my record. This came as a complete surprise. It was also very difficult to communicate with him. He often did not answer calls and would say he was busy and promise to call back, but rarely did. When I finally managed to speak with him, he said that he “does not guarantee anything,” even though he originally told me this would be easy to resolve. Very disappointing experience.

They don’t care enough to return calls no matter how many messages or vm you leave . Nothing but a waste of time. Unless you’re rich they don’t care .

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this firm. It has been three weeks and I have not received any assistance or communication from an attorney in this office. I called daily asking for help with an urgent matter. Each time, I was told the same thing — that a message would be left and someone would get back to me. No one ever did. Not once. If your case is time-sensitive or urgent, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Consistent lack of follow-up and zero communication after repeated attempts is unacceptable for a law firm. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

Meeting with Jacob partiyeli in person was a treat. Most lawyers don’t want to meet in person and want to do everything over the phone. I felt confident to hand him my personal injury case and I’m pleased with the settlement he got me.

I posted a response on Yelp to expose the behavior and attitude of this company. His response speaks for itself LOL is attitude is so poor towards potential customers that he doesn't really care about his clients anymore. He should not be on google, he should not be on yelp, he should be banned from advertising if he's going to mislead and mistreat people requesting for service. This is not a professional company and they do not answer the phone professionally, they are a facade. I would debate the legalities of their practice and their moral compass. Most lawyers don't have a heart or compassion, this clearly confirms my suspicions. I was mistreated by this company and time was wasted. Don't waste your time as well, find someone reputable, and find someone that you can trust. This is not the place.

I had a similar negative experience to a recent review. My apartment currently has the black mold growing in it, and I am facing retaliation by my landlord. I am in special categories that would qualify for treble damages. I have extensive evidence of my case. Apparently when you first make contact with Jacob fights you are sent to an answering service. The representative took many details from me. I spent at least 20 minutes or more with them on the phone when shopping for attorneys. My time is just as valuable as any attorney’s time. I do not appreciate them wasting my time. From there I received a missed phone call from a number that linked back to their firm. It was a female associate who seemed to be confused and had no records on my phone call just hours before. Finally after several days, I received a text from an associate who I assumed will be an attorney, but it was actually their paralegal continuing to vet my case. I explained to them I was taking time out of my birthday vacation because I found my situation to be so serious. Otherwise, I would’ve called them next week when my vacation was over. They promised that they would “make it right” what is happening! Since then I was expecting a follow up early this week. On Tuesday I reached out to the paralegal and explained that I even have a letter of compliance from the LA Co. Department of Health, that my landlord has ignored for over a month and the compliance date has already passed at the beginning of February. He mention that is a big deal and that they would be in touch. I also have medical records showing that I have suffered a personal injury in the last few months from a light fixture falling in my apartment and hitting my head wow also living in the Mold. I have detailed records of my clothing at least $2000 of property damage at this point. I continue to suffer symptoms and I’m now back at square one because I have now been ghosted by the paralegal. My understanding is, this is a high value case, and the negligence and harassment of my landlord has basically handed an attorney a case already built. Unfortunately this firm has been very unprofessional and they have dropped the ball. Luckily, we never signed an agreement or else I would’ve been stuck with an inattentive attorney. However, I do not appreciate them wasting time during my vacation and an entire week during a high-stakes case where my health is at risk.

This place will get you dizzy because they give you the run around. Jacob always happens to magically be out on lunch or 'just stepped out' whenever I called. Nancy called to hear more about my case then said she will speak to attorney and get back with me. I called her back to follow up and she said she will speak to attorney. I never heard back. It's common for firms to formally present you with documentation or a phone call saying they can't work with your case so you don't waste your time. I spent a month of my time going back and forth with Marciano telling me it looks promising then telling me it's a case for Jacob. then his assistants telling me it's a case for housing. Marciano took the time to contact me on Monday to schedule a 30 second call for Thursday to tell me he can't take my case. He literally could have saved me so much time by being forward from the start. In fact my consult with Jacob was through an office assist via iMessage. If he wasn't going to be available, he should have canceled. This agency made me grateful for my previous attorney, I have access to their numbers and can give them a call or message and they respond promptly. There's also a class action lawsuit against Jacob for predatory prices. It doesn't mean he doesn't deliver results. Maybe his area of expertise is for generic eviction cases. Very insulting for Marciano to waste a month of my time then refer me to some legal aid garbage. A google search provides more information. It's worth paying 5K for a specialized attroney on the bar referral site than finding one on google theses days. If your case is simple and follows generic blueprints then maybe this place can help, if it's more complicated and requires different experience then this agency won't work for you. Let me save you time.

If you're looking for an attorney to fight your landlords look elsewhere. This practice It's hard to get told of not only your attorney, but also your paralegal. They won't give you any information in regards to your case. After you already signed the documentation for them to represent you. Attorneys wanting to meet after business hours. Wait over 6 months for your case to even be looked at after. They are already taken up the case and still not put it into the court system. You're looking at a long, long ride with these people with no communication.

This place is a joke. I came here awhile back because my landlord was harassing me. I spoke to Jacob he said he would sent a letter so my landlord would stop harassing me. Obviously I paid $$ for a letter that did not work. I went and talked to Jacob again and while I was talking to him he didn’t make eye contacted he looked around the room and told me just do what your landlord says and you’ll be fine. If he tells you to get rid of your plants or cameras just do as he says and he will stop harassing you. What kind of lawyer is that. We’ll thank God I found a good lawyer somewhere else that was able to hear me out and helped me out. Do not waste your time with Jacob. He doesn’t care about tenants he cares about the money.
