As a fellow attorney, years ago I met with Dow regarding a fairly simple matter. I found him to be profane, cavalier, arrogant, self righteous & borderline unethical in attempting to catergorize a retainer as "non refundable". In spite of dealing to represent me, he wanted to keep the retainer. Thankfully he realized the error of his ways & we both agreed the retainer monies should go to a woman with stage 4 ovarian cancer.

My name is Dr Richard Fogel. I hired Dow fir health care issues. During several conversations with Dow he list his temper and poise. He screamed. Used inappropriate language to me. On one such occasions family member was present. For whatever reasons Dow was quite mean to me. O. Another occasion I heard Dow scream and berate someone in his office. I realize that my review is different then the ones posted. I am very suspicious of the relationship had with the prosecutor in my case. I never understood why Dow was so harsh and mean to me. After so many years I feel as if I did not fit a fair defense. It is my opinion that if I had outstanding representation that a much better outcome could have been obtained. I remain troubled and suspicious by Dows representation of USA vs Dr Richard MFogel.
