Being in a traumatic accident that totaled my new RAV4 Hybrid by a driver running a red light was bad enough but then represented by an attorney who never communicated with me until a settlement letter went out without my consent was terrible. When my friend was seriously injured in an accident where a semi ran a red light (I was driving and I sustained only mild injuries) I was loathe to contact a lawyer.
