John Jacobsen is honestly the best Attorney I have ever used. He is so invested in his clients and their outcome. He genuinely cares and makes himself very available if even just to talk an issue out. You can also tell he is a very respected and well liked Attorney with the court system. Very mean on the phone. I understand what a conflict of interest is, obviously, they represented the other party in the past, but they didn't even suggest another office I could try. They were incredibly rude to me over the phone. Definitely dodged a bullet here. My current attorney is fantastic.

Amazing staff

I was represented by Brian Johnson. I can't say anything in regards to the other attorneys, but I can tell you one thing, if you need something more then a pencil and paper pusher, Do NOT have Brian Johnson represent you. He has no pull. He will ignore your calls and emails for weeks on end. Further more, if he loses your case you'll have to get another lawyer to appeal it because and I quote he 'doesn't know how to do that'. Those were his words, not mine. He won't fight for you, but he will happily take your money. Steer clear of this one!

They helped me out with a custody issue. I could be more happy with them. Great people to deal with, they gave me piece of mind and handled everything very very well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed legal representation for a personal matter... I called this firm first starting on Monday of last week. I was told I would receive a call back and didn't. So, I called back Tuesday, the woman that answered the phone was apologetic and assured me I would get a call back Tuesday. Well, I didn't... I called them late Tuesday, she apologized and said I would receive a call Wednesday. Well, that happened every single day last week and I never heard from anyone. I called back the following Monday and got to speak with the office manager this time. She was also very apologetic, told me she didn't know what happened and ASSURED me now that she was involved, I would get a call back. Still no call Only reason I gave them a 2-star instead of a 1-star is because the ladies I spoke with were both very nice and apologetic...
