Mr. Gust has a reputation as a “prison director,” and an “assistant prosecutor.” He is 100% only in it for the money. He’s NEVER had a case thrown out, and its mainly because he loves to drag out cases to attain more “billable hours.” I wish that I could convey into words how horrible the Gust team really is so that maybe I can prevent others, or even one person, from recruiting their office. People have found that a standard public defender is more effective and efficient than James Gust. Do yourself a life-saving favor and seek representation elsewhere. Get a lawyer that believes in you and WANTS to fight for you. Best of luck to you, You Can Thank Me Later😉

Jim gust is by far the best lawyer in saginaw county. He kept me out of jail when it should have been impossible!!! Heather and James gust are the best around, I see people say he's late sometimes you try going from city to city 8 or more court hearings in day, can be a lot to shuffle, has always showed up for me and got the job done 100% lawyer for life! Highly recommend !

James Gust is very professional friend late and actually did The Impossible he got someone I know with a very extensive record very little time when they should have gone maybe even to present at best at least 90 days no bond he got them 15 days ago the only downfall to James Gust is as busy as he is there's very little time to communicate it seems but he is well worth it I am happy I hired him as I said he did the impossible I didn't even think it was going to out turn the way it did thank you guys!!!!
