Jimmy does great work. He fought for me against two large manufacturers in the RV space and won my case after 18 months of litigation. Jimmy and his team helped me win my Lemon Law case. I went into this process not knowing what to expect as I have never dealt with anything that required a lawyer let alone a Lemon Law situation. From my first call Jimmy let me know that I indeed had a case and he was going to start the process. One thing I have learned is that I am someone who likes action and a quick turn. When it comes to trying to Lemon Law a car, you have to reset expectations. Excellent experience and result going up against a manufacturer that refused to perform a proper repair for a major engine defect. I was being stonewalled until I contacted Mr. Feinmans firm at which point a proper settlement was negotiated and reached expeditiously. I was told when I opened the case with Fineman that it would take nine months and if they had to take it to Richmond, it would be a year and a half. They did have to take it to Richmond but in the end it took three years and I had to fire him and finish it on my own. This was about 10 years ago and I did not realize that I could write a review. I feel sorry for anyone that has to go to this man as all he wants is to see how much money he can get. He kept delaying mine so he could put more money on the tab .

Do not fall into this trap. They have done nothing but lie about the next steps of my case; nothing was done besides a demand letter and weeks' worth of “I’ll take a look at your file; it will be filed today, no later than Monday.” They hurt working people.
