Started out like the guy knew his stuff... I did everything he asked, sent all information, contacted him everytime any contact was made with Social Security. Before a decision was made he sent me a letter that he was dropping me because "I didn't do anything", along with a pamphlet for his services lol. I called him immediately and I reminded Mr. Brown in fact I did everything he request and I kept copies of all documents, along with dates and times of every correspondence to him and social security was made. His words were let me get back to you, and he did and once again claimed I didn't do anything that he requested... I again read back his email address, business address, and phone numbers he gave me...ALL WAS CORRECT... I even stated that I had a email confirmation service through me email server, which gave dates and time that all emails were opened...and I recorded all my phone conversations with him.... He calmed down because he knew I had him in the wrong... Brown stated that he would re-set paperwork for me to sign, so I re-signed everything, provided all documents ...again. I then received a denial letter from Social Security. I called him immediately when I received this letter. Brown stated that he would file a appeal.... after 30 days I kept check the Social Security online portal...THERE WAS NOTHING! I called the local office, they stated HE NEVER FILED A APPEAL! So, I contacted another attorney and explained the circumstances that lead me to call this attorney... Their words ..DROP HIM IMMEDIATELY! That kind of behavior with an attorney is unacceptable is what this new attorney rebutted to me... I did drop Mr. Brown in a heartbeat and my new attorney sent him and social security a change of legal care... IF HE DIDNT WANT TO DO HIS JOB, WHY TAKE THAT CASE? NO COMMUNICATION, NO NOTHING AS TO WHY... OH WELL, TIME WELL WASTED

Started helping me with disability then stopped responding to my calls. I only have 30 days to appeal and I can't get new representation without a letter from him saying he is no longer representing my case. Also the number provided gives some automated message about a life alert button and I can't even get through to the voice mail now.

He began helping me in early December, then suddenly quit responding after having me sign agreements. That’s not quite professional and I’m extremely upset considering he was so highly recommended to me. I’m taking my case solo now, thanks.

I am young with a long list of medical issues. I've been told it would be tough and exhausting to try and file for disability at my age. That's until i found Jim. I am just blown away at what a caring and understanding person he is. He really does what he does because he legitimately cares about people whom are need of help. He has stood in front of congress and fought for disabled peoples rights and has been helping people with serious medical concerns get the help they desperately need for many years. He is very wise and knowledgeable of the system and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else if given the chance.

James has a proven track record of helping people get the benefits they deserve when they are faced with the adversity of a disability. He was helpful, patient and caring when it came to my case and I learned a lot from him. He has won numerous awards and even testified before Congress regarding Social Security. I would recommend him highly to anyone.
