Mr. Rice is a great attorney. He handled my divorce professionally and quickly. I highly recommend him and his staff for their expedient handling of legal matters. I felt like I had an advocate in the process.

Lack of interest in case. Didn't take interest in my daughter's safety. I saw a lot of laziness, corruption and collecting of funds. I had to terminate services with this law firm. I Do not recommend unfortunately.

Case is over and I dodged a bullet on this one I appreciate this man from the bottom of my heart both of us thought I was going to prison but thank god I did not! I’d give you a 10 star rating for this one if I could!

This is an awesome attorney to work with! The staff is very understanding and excellent at keeping communication throughout our entire time of working together. Despite my being 3 hours away from Buncombe now, Mr. Rice and Stephanie worked with and kept communication with me as if I was right there with them. They also reached out to my family whenever I was in the hospital to make sure everything was up-to-date for court and so that I didn’t get a failure to appear for anything while I was unable to transit to Buncombe. They were also very empathetic and thoughtful during my time in the hospital. So, I must say not just on the business standpoint of things but also simply being genuinely caring, Mr. Rice and his staff made me feel very confident in my situation and the circumstances that I was in during his time of representing me.
