Horrible at communicating. Unprofessional, just because my case involved an elderly man doesn’t mean we should be led on for 4 months with communication then pushed off to the side for another firm to deal with to be told we are a waste of time.
As you know your Grandfather's case was turned down by one prior Lawyer and in the Elderly unfortunately it is difficult to find medical experts willing to testify which takes time. You r file was reviewed by 3 Law Firms you were not pushed off to the side. It was reviewed by 2 Medical Professional. I am sorry about the death of your Grandfather and understand your anger as my mother is 93 but sometimes what appears to lay people as negligence is not outside the standard of care.
