If you ever needed anything legal these are your lawyers Margaret and Paul. I have been dealing with them for almost 15 years and I have been extremely happy with their service and their outstanding staff

I am getting sick of these one-star reviews from people who aren't clients. We never billed this lady for anything and I don't know what she's griping about.
Mr. Paul and his team did an AMAZING job! They treated me as family and yet still kept it professional. They put their all into whatever needs to be done and don’t stop until they’ve done so! I HIGHLY recommend them for any legal help you need!

Don’t ever go to Paul at James River he is far from a lawyer I walked in his office food was all over the desk his shirt had food on it .He told me to get the hell out of his office not unless I had a appointment and this man was suppose to be my son’s lawyer we are in the process of looking for another lawyer he is very rude and a worthless lawyer. I would like to add a second comment he was representing my son and my son ask me to go talk to him he is a court appointed lawyer and you get what you don’t have to pay for I came into court for my sons bail hearing and the lawyer was sitting on the bench laid against the wall asleep it took him four times to try and get up because he is so big the judge even asked him did he need to sit down because his legs was hurting. Also his hygiene is terrible. If you ever call you will never get a answer you might get a call back in a few days he doesn’t know anything about you or the case until he gets to court my son was suppose to go in and discuss the case but he canceled. Anyone who needs a lawyer he is not it you would be better off representing yourself . I feel everyone needs to know how terrible this lawyer is thanks
This lady is not our client and never has been. She has never paid us a dime and she is apparently far too cheap to pay any lawyer to help her family members. <br><br>She is a relative of one of our clients and she was trying to stick her nose into our client's case where it did not belong. She had no legal authority to do so - she is just a pushy busybody with extra time on her hands. After being repeatedly told that we would not communicate with her (or anybody else) about our client, and after being told not to bother us further, she barged into our office without an appointment, making a scene, with ridiculous and ignorant demands. She repeatedly ignored instructions to leave the office and I actually had to threaten to call the police before she left. She is just an obnoxious, rude, cheap bully who didn't get her way and chooses to insult in retaliation for being straightened out. She needs to mind her own business and she needs to learn to respect the time of people who actually pay for things and work for others.<br><br>Her relative - our actual client - apologized for her conduct and is happy with our representation. We look forward to assisting this client further.<br><br>
