My daughter is involved in a very ugly divorce. All divorces are ugly but this one Takes it to a new level. Jim started out fine and then stopped answering emails and phone calls. When I talked to him, he assured me that he had daughters himself and knew how a felt and was doing all that could be done. We could not get any results as far as the husband violating the restraining order over and over. We finally found another attorney. The court had to ok the change of attorneys. I did not know the extent of the lack of work that had put into the case until the new attorney was was bewildered at how little had been done on the case. Certain things were not filed that should have been. The divorce has been drawn out much longer than it should have been. I’m not sure what would have happened if we had not changed attorneys. I would definitely not recommend Jim to represent anyone.
