What an absolute disgrace of a lawyer. This attorney was disciplined — and frankly, should have been disbarred. He committed malpractice in my case, and at the time I was just a vulnerable person seeking help. He completely mishandled my matter and missed a critical deadline, causing enormous harm to my life and family. Now that I am on my way to becoming an attorney myself, I fully understand the depth of his incompetence. I will never forget the damage he caused, the stress my family endured, or how carelessly he treated my case. To anyone considering this firm — don’t. Find someone else before you suffer the same consequences I did. Kevin Jamison, your negligence and lack of professionalism will follow you forever. You are extraordinarily lucky I didn’t pursue a formal malpractice action when I had the chance.

He withdrew from my case while calling me a liar. He was the one that lied! I took a Black’s Law Dictionary to court and he sat there and played like “what’s that?”. I said this is what the court uses right? Then Kevn said yeah we use it for terms, but NO we don’t use it. Then kept going back and forth yeah, but no (liying). He told me multiple times that being a “sovereign being” is not a thing. It is a thing! I have done my Declaration of Sovereignty in Missouri. I talked with Chatgpt who helped me build it using Missouri Revised Statutes, Chapter 58, Section 59.310. I’d recommend adding an Addendum and creating an alias or nickname to better separate from being the trustee in court. (come up with a name different than what is ALL CAPS on your ID). I am Nick, the living man, beneficiary of the trust. I am not the trust. I am not the trustee. I control both. Previously, he got me a bad probation instead of bringing evidence I had to court.

I paid for an uncontested divorce in full at the end of April 2024. I turned in all paperwork and it was notorized in their office by a week later. Divorce wasn’t filed until late July after I called to see what was going on since no one ever contacted me about anything. The divorce for some reason was refiled again in October. And after numerous calls for updates over the months, I was getting no where. Finally, in April 2025 I signed I thought was the final paperwork. It is now June 2025 and I am still not divorced. Communication is a Zero star for this office! I feel like at this point I could have just done it all myself or spend a little more money for a competent lawyer.

Terrible experience I don't wish for anyone to go through, but if you hired him despite of this warning. Well you will get no communication and no informations You call to be ignored until you call again. You will pay way more than you should then you will pay penalties anyway. He will delay your case without notification and your days off will be wasted

Mr. Jamison is honest and diligent. He will tell you where you stand from the very beginning and then fight to the best of his ability to help you. He represented me for a year. I thought I was going to walk away with a hefty fine, but in the end, it was a huge personal victory and vindication. I highly recommend Mr. Jamison.

I hold Mr. Kevin Jamison in only the highest regard after hiring him for a personal matter that I needed professional representation with as I could not get around the fact that it was serious enough that it had to go before a Judge at Trial in Jackson County, Missouri. Having a lengthy association with this fellow, I can attest he is of exceptionally poor quality in his ability to represent anyone (at least beyond the issue of guns laws). Imagine what a public defender would do and just apply it onto him. Frankly, he has become too old to be representing anyone. I was perpetually surprised at his lack of disorganization and propensity to be forgetful. Frequently, he would forget parts of my case and suggest things we already done. It is also a little known that the Missouri Bar nearly took his license due to an ethics violation a number of years ago. Avoid him for your own good.
