First, I’d like to say I am extremely satisfied with the work that Jane and her team did on the sale of my Townhouse in Milford Connecticut. This is the first property that I have ever sold, so I was very apprehensive at the onset. Jane was able to clearly explain to me what I needed to provide her with, and what documents were not needed. Jane and her staff kept me informed as to the status of the sale at each stage, which helped to reassure me that things were going smoothly. One thing that I noticed that was exceptional was whenever I needed to contact her office by phone, they always answered immediately. In this day and age, I expect to be put on hold for at least 10 minutes before I can speak to a human being. Having someone answer the phone immediately is like stepping back in time 40 years.
